The Union of Postal Communications Employees is a bargaining unit of the Public Service Alliance of Canada .

UPCE’s 2,400 members are responsible for the clerical, financial, engineering, and administrative functioning of Canada Post Corporation. The union negotiated its Child Care Fund with Canada Post in 2000.
