Your Story to Share

You can share your family’s experiences with others through the Member to Member Connection, a newsletter designed to build a community of care and to unite members across the country. Use this form to send us your unique story - you can include photos, drawings and other add-ons if you wish.  Be sure to call the Special Needs/Moving On Project if you need help submitting your story. We’d love to hear from you. 

To submit your story:

• We will need your name, email address and Employee ID number to verify who you are.
• When we print your letter we identify only your job classification, city and province.
• Complete the Submission Form linked below.
