Special Needs & Moving On projectsThe Special Needs and Moving On Projects provide resources and support for workers at the post office whose children have disabilities. The projects are available to members of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers and the Union of Postal Communications Employees (Public Service Alliance of Canada). The Special Needs Project is geared to families with young children; the Moving On Project is for adult sons and daughters with special needs. National Centre on Physical Activity and Disability (NCPAD)

ncpadWebsite is an Information center concerned with physical activity and disability. Articles, resources and links are available according to disability and physical activity. Information includes yoga for children and youth with disabilities , video clips of exercise programs for people with intellectual disabilities, a virtual tour of an accessible fitness centre,

accessible playground design, monthly newsletter, product updates and much more!.
