The Union of Postal Communications Employees is a bargaining unit of the Public Service Alliance of Canada . UPCE’s 2,400 members are responsible for the clerical, financial, engineering, and administrative functioning of Canada Post Corporation. The union negotiated its Child Care Fund with Canada Post in 2000. The Special Needs and Moving On Projects are among 15 projects covered by the union’s Child Care Fund.
