Special Needs & Moving On projectsThe Special Needs and Moving On Projects provide resources and support for workers at the post office whose children have disabilities. The projects are available to members of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers and the Union of Postal Communications Employees (Public Service Alliance of Canada). The Special Needs Project is geared to families with young children; the Moving On Project is for adult sons and daughters with special needs. What are those red asterisks for?

A red asterisk * indicates a field is required or mandatory. In others words, if you fail to enter something in that field, you won't be able to submit the form.

What are those little blue icons with an "i" in the middle?

The little blue iconstooltipare called 'ToolTips'. If you hover your cursor over a ToolTip you'll see some helpful tips.

How do I upload a photo?

To upload a photo, click on 'Choose File' button, navigate to the folder on your computer where the photo is stored, and double-click on the photo. That's it! You will see the file name next to the Choose File button. Please note: Only image, text and archive file formats are accepted (.jpg, .png, .gif, .txt, .doc, .zip, or .rar). Maximum file size 4MB.

I added an incorrect file when trying to upload photo. What now?

To remove an incorrect file, please click 'Upload File' button and you will see the file name in the window that pops up. Delete the file name and then click 'Cancel'. You will then see 'No Fle Chosen' next to the 'Choose File' button.

I'm having trouble reading the reCaptcha Code, what should I do?

If you have trouble reading the reCaptcha code, please click on the reload/refresh button Refresh untill you see a new, more readable image. Then enter the text using lower case and a space between words. More help can be found if you click on the reCaptcha Help button.help-recaptcha-code
